Round table on "Multiculturalism and identity: in search of value consensus in society” held with in Baku International Humanitarian Forum

Within the 3rd Baku International Humanitarian Forum, the round table on "Convergence of technologies and contours of the future: main challenges of the 21st century" was held. 

Speaking at the event, the rector of Baku Slavic University, professor Kamal Abdulla highly praised the action, noting the importance of multiculturalism at present.

The event was also addressed by ex-president of Romania Emil Constantinescu, ISESCO Director General Dr. Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, Ex-President of Latvia Valdis Zatlers, Ex-President of Serbia Boris Tadic, member of European Parliament Silvana Koch-Mehrin and Mikhail Shvidkoy, Special Representative of the Russian President for International Cultural Cooperation, who dwelt on the issues of national minorities, national identity and multiculturalism as a real fact.
